Sunday Strength & Mobility
This is an in-person class at Baldwinsville Crossfit (though it’s NOT a CrossFit class). It is open to ANYONE at ANY experience level.
The class focuses on end-range strength work to improve total body strength & mobility. Modifications always provided & pregnant/postpartum women welcome.

Intro to Breathing & Mobility Program (4 weeks)
In this self-paced 4 week program (delivered via PDF w/ explainer videos) you will learn the basics of breathing and work on mobility of your rib cage, hips, spine, shoulders, and feet.
This program is great for beginners or as a rest-day mobility routine. It will leave you feeling strong & supple.
4 workouts a week, approximately 30-45 minutes.
1-1 Online Personal Training
Customized online training designed for your available equipment, time, and goals. Programming is provided via the TrueCoach app where you will have explainer videos & instructions for every exercise.
You will perform the workouts on your own time, but can upload videos for form checks, ask questions, request modifications, and get personalized coaching.
Available in monthly, 2 month, or 4 month subscriptions (cancel anytime).
Hip Mobility for a Happy Pelvic Floor Workshop Replay
Video replay of the workshop where we went IN DEPTH on hip mobility & how it impacts the pelvic floor. It's an 80 minute workshop (including approximately 15 minutes of Q&A at the end).
You'll receive a link for the recording and can watch any time.
