Available Postpartum Programs
Postpartum Return to Impact (6 weeks)
Start this program as soon as you finish the Postpartum Foundations program, or if you’re at least 12 weeks postpartum and are ready to reintroduce impact. It will get you back to dynamic & explosive movements in a progressive & intentional way. You’ll be jumping again with confidence by the end!
Postpartum Foundations (8 week strength & mobility rehab)
This is my foundational postpartum fitness program that starts with the basics of breathing & core connection and slowly progresses back to general strength & mobility training. This is an attainable 3x a week program designed to support your healing body.
It starts very gentle and progresses to total body strength by the end of the “8 weeks.” (8 weeks is in quotes because it’s okay if it takes you longer to get through than that! )
This program will take the mystery out of postpartum return to exercise after your 6 week clearance.
Postpartum Reconnect (weeks 0-6)
You can start this program as soon as you give birth! It’s designed to get you through the first 6 weeks of early postpartum with gentle breathing & mobility. Because 6 weeks is too early to start some things, but too long to do nothing!

Oh man do I have a lot to say about postpartum, but I will keep it short.
My first postpartum experience is why I started training pregnant and postpartum women in the first place. Recovery from a third degree tear and postpartum depression and anxiety with no guidance was pretty daunting.
I decided it would be my mission to help women through pregnancy & postpartum and be the coach that I wish I had.
It’s what drove me to create this series of postpartum programs. They’ll help you from the first day you leave the hospital (the first week is all education) to getting you back to running & jumping with confidence.
